This project aims to provide integrated support for Xiaomi’s brand marketing planning and execution in the Nordic market. By combining Xiaomi’s global brand assets with the characteristics of the Nordic market, the project will support the development of phased marketing strategies, campaign creative direction, social media content planning, KOL/media collaboration, and offline event plans, while further driving the actual implementation of relevant content and activities.
The core objective of this project is to help Xiaomi establish a more distinctive brand expression in the Nordic market, enhancing consumers’ awareness, engagement, and favorability toward the Xiaomi brand and its products. At the same time, the project will support Xiaomi in continuously building brand visibility in the regional market, optimizing marketing efficiency, and laying a foundation for the brand’s long-term growth in the Nordic market.
本项目旨在为小米在北欧市场的品牌营销策划与落地执行提供一体化支持。结合小米的全球品牌资产与北欧市场特征,协助制定阶段性营销策略、Campaign 创意方向、社交媒体内容规划、KOL / 媒体合作及线下活动方案,并进一步推动相关内容与活动的实际执行。
本项目的核心目标是帮助小米在北欧市场建立更具辨识度的品牌表达,提升消费者对小米品牌及产品的认知度、参与度与好感度。同时,支持小米在区域市场中持续积累品牌声量、优化营销效率,并为品牌在北欧市场的长期增长奠定基础。
