As an early-stage pet apparel brand, the client had only a vague concept of the brand, with no clear positioning, differentiation, or established visual identity system.
We helped the brand understand its competitive landscape and consumer preferences, define its market positioning and differentiation strategy, develop the first-season product line, and execute the corresponding GTM plan. In parallel, we built a complete visual identity system, designed and produced the DTC website, and developed packaging materials and print assets. We also created a size system and marketing content based on the most common dog breeds in the U.S., and provided visual guidelines for social media.
