Pidan is a leading cat-product brand in China, built on a “Cat-First Product” philosophy. By 2024, the brand had established a presence in nearly 300 retail and online channels across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Singapore, and Thailand. Known for its strong visual identity and design-driven product aesthetics, pidan is now preparing to expand into the Nordic and Dutch markets.
Pidan had no existing presence in the Nordic market, and its core product—cat litter—required a well-structured pricing strategy and unit economics model due to its heavy weight. In addition, the brand needed refined visual expression and localisation for channel expansion, as well as comprehensive support for product compliance and regulatory documentation across target countries.
